The Grassroot Soccer project took us back to the streets and classrooms of Africa to teach children and young people about the dangers of the world’s most feared disease.

World Wildlife Foundation
hummel was happy and honoured to help WWF in the commendable fight against climate change. By buying a hummel-WWF style the consumer supports WWF’s work for a better climate. hummel donated 50 DKK from the sales of each style to WWF who invested the money in pure and sustainable energy. Each style purchased reduced the CO2 emission by 250 kilos.

Homeless World Cup
At the 5th Football Homeless World Cup in Copenhagen in 2007 hummel sponsored the African teams of Ghana, Cameroon, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Liberia and Kenya in their bid to lift the trophy on the final day of the tournament
